Rishi is the Managing Partner and Founder of the Firm. He has 21 years of qualitative experience in legal matters with diverse knowledge in dispute resolution, constitution, corporate and commercial laws real estate and media. He has wide experience and proficiency in handling matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT, RERA, NGT and various Courts/Tribunals, quasi judicial forums and alternate dispute resolution. Rishi also provides consultancy, opinions and strategic advise to private clients, PSU’s, Government organizations to take policy decisions and manage their litigation effortlessly . He has advised clients in a variety of litigation matters relating to commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, oppression, mismanagement, winding-up, white-collar crimes, amalgamation and restructuring of companies, both at trial and appellate level, including handling writ litigations. Rishi is also proficient in handling Real Estate litigation and has been advising leading real estate developers across the country.
